Behavioral Presentation

The initial conversation with the ED was really nice and casual. We had a few good talks where we got to know each other. She told me about her career journey. I could tell she really values treating people with respect and investing in her staff. The mission is clearly important to her. I also met with the senior team and someone from the Board. They seemed like serious individuals who need someone experienced in creating and managing budgets, who has good communication skills, and can handle many tasks at once. They were all great people.

The process was straightforward and simple. The director asked me questions related to the topic and made sure I was comfortable. She also assisted me with getting my paperwork and fingerprinting done. Everything went smoothly, except for a slight delay caused by Hurricane Sandy at the time.
