It was a Zoom interview, and it was very short, 30 minutes. They spend a majority of the time speaking about the role. There was no follow-up. There was a team of people in the Zoom.

It was pretty straightforward. They wanted to know if I had any leadership experience and if I was good with Microsoft Office. Apparently, if you're in STEM, you've got a pretty good shot at getting hired. The role involves mentoring high school students during their internship.

It was a pretty chill interview process. I chatted with the finance manager and the VP of finance over Zoom, and then met them in person. The questions weren't tough and it was over quickly. I got an offer about a week later; the whole thing didn't take much time at all.

I applied online and got an email pretty fast for an interview. The first interview was just me and one of the managers this role reports to. It's been ages and I still haven't heard back. Obviously I didn't make it to the next stages, but they've posted the job again twice and never told me where I stood, even after I followed up twice. So rude and disrespectful. A simple email would have been the least they could do. Just awful.
