It was a single interview with two people from the team I would be working with, as well as an HR rep. First the team leader described the DEP and the organizational mission, as well as the team's specific role in that mission. Then there was 20 mins of questions, which are a list of questions they ask every interviewee. The questions were tailored to the position. Afterward, the floor is open to me to ask the interviewers questions.

The interviewers seemed really disengaged and didn't even know my engineering background. They clearly hadn't read my resume or cover letter. They looked exhausted and uninterested. I was told I'd hear back in two weeks, but I never did. My thank you email and follow-up went unanswered. The interviewers' response to my question about workplace diversity was pretty rude and concerning. There were about 10 questions asked, all the same for everyone. I still haven't heard anything back since interviewing in mid-May; it's now mid-July.
