Behavioral

It was a pretty straightforward behavioral interview. They asked general questions that you could answer by pointing to your resume. The main thing is to be confident because they want to see how you handle questions based on your experiences. You can use any experience from college or school that fits the question.

Behavioral

The interview process was two rounds, mostly behavioral questions. First round, I talked to a manager about my background, experience, and how I'd handle situations. Second round, I met a senior partner for more in-depth behavioral questions and to ask about the firm's culture. It was a pretty standard and professional process.

Behavioral Technical

I had three main people interview me, who were a principal engineer, chief plan examiner, and director. They wanted to get a sense of who I am and what kind of person I am. It was a bit intimidating because they are all senior figures in the unit. But if you stay calm, ask good questions, and know what's happening in the unit, it should be fine.
