Solution Specialist
It started with a quick phone interview with typical questions. Following that, there was a group interview where six candidates met with five managers, and you rotated through them. Then, there was an ice breaker team challenge. It was a very good and laid-back process.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself being, and looking back five years ago, is this the place you expected to be?
Member Specialist
It was a really long and involved interview process. There's a lot of training too, and even that doesn't fully prepare you for everything the job entails. Some days can be super stressful, particularly in smaller offices where you really need everyone to be on time and present.
- Can you share an instance where you had to overcome a difficult task at work?
Banking
I had a phone interview with an HR assistant, it was more informational. Then I went to a group interview where they check your ability to interact with others. After that, I had a 1:1 interview with the District Manager who asked me typical interview questions.
- What are your future career aspirations in the next five years?
Bank Teller
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I made sure to do my homework on the role and weave that into my responses. My past banking experience was really helpful for most of the questions.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a frustrated customer?
