& Process

I had a joint call with several team members. We didn't go over my qualifications again, and the questions were a mix of technical knowledge and hypothetical work scenarios. The whole thing took about an hour, with each team member getting some time to ask questions related to their own jobs.

I went through a few rounds with different attorneys at the office, around four rounds in total. It included a screener, a chat with the hiring attorney, a panel interview, and a final interview. It was a pretty standard interview process, and the number of interviews was about what I expected.

It was a simple process, with the usual standard questions required by NYS. I was pursuing another job offer before I heard back, so I didn't complete the process. The position has some specific responsibilities due to its remote location, such as navigating mountainous roads by paper map/gazetteer.

After applying, I was contacted two weeks later to schedule an interview that took place three weeks after that at the main office. It lasted an hour with two interviewers who asked about my resume and past job duties. I was told I'd hear back about their decision in 4-6 weeks.
