So for me it was like a 3 part thing. First just a call, like they literally asked if I'd rather be a leader or under someone and to set up a video interview. Then there was a video interview. After that, a phone interview where they asked me about my favorite part of my last job and my hobbies. They responded really fast. Just be ready to stand in Walmart and sell Comcast to people.
