Got a call from the recruiter a few days after applying. They gave me a lot of info and set up an in-person formal interview. There are more steps to come, which involve 3 days in the office. I'm not sure what else the company offers yet. They mentioned the CEO/Managing Partner is really involved in hiring and training. I'm curious to see how this plays out.

The interview process was very organized with four rounds total. It felt perfect for an entry-level position and wasn't stressful at all. First, my resume was reviewed. Then, I had to submit video responses to a prerecorded interview. After that, I had a phone call with a recruiter, followed by another call with the hiring manager.

The interview process was very professional and well structured. I loved the office space, people, and the energy I got during the interview. It is a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I went through a Hirevue interview, a phone call, and a final interview process. The final interview process does take a couple of hours as they explain the overall job tasks.
