Software QA Engineer
The interview process was organized and professional. It started with an initial HR screening call and then a technical interview with the hiring manager. The team was friendly and shared clear details about the internship's objectives and expectations. Communication stayed prompt during the whole process.
- If the interview had a coding task or design challenge, include that in the description
Software QA Engineer
The interview process usually has two main stages: 1. Online Assessment: This first stage has standard coding problems to check your skills in Python or other programming languages listed in the job description. 2. Panel Interview: If you move on, you will talk with a panel of teammates, including your possible hiring manager. This often includes a self-introduction, behavioral questions about your experiences and work style, and whiteboard questions to test your problem-solving skills.

Software QA Engineer
I applied online and then the recruiter set up a 45-minute phone interview for the next week with the hiring manager. The interviewer asked different questions about how to handle the logistics of benchmarking a particular game, how different graphics settings change performance, and whether or not I would hypothetically certify a game's performance based on certain performance metrics. I followed up with the recruiter a week later by email and was told they were not moving forward with my application. I am rating this interview negative only because the recruiter gave me no feedback at all, saying this was Nvidia's policy.
- Explain what a CPU bottleneck is.
- Which graphics settings would you tweak first to boost framerate?
