I was referred by someone who works there. My first interview was supposed to be with two people, but one recruiter didn't show up. I was moved to a second interview which I thought went really well. Then I had a final, third interview that also seemed to go great. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week. Three weeks passed, and I tried emailing and calling everyone to follow up, but no one responded. I finally messaged HR, and they told me they weren't moving forward with my application, even though I had all the qualifications. The hiring managers seem to have huge egos. Their interview questions are terrible, and they're very particular about the answers. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

So I interviewed four times over about a month with five different people. I initially was interviewing for a Recruiter role, then they thought I'd be a good fit for the Contracts Coordinator role they were about to roll out. Recruiters were fast to respond. After the fourth interview (the week before Christmas), I waited until the second week of January until I reached out for a timeline update. I emailed the hiring manager, two weeks later the recruiter, and then last week (end of February) the last person who I interviewed with texted - yes texted - me asking how my job search was going. I responded right away and said I was still looking, and asked if the role I had interviewed with her had been filled, and ghosted again. They made a big deal about how much growth they've seen over the past year and how high visibility this position was. It's been two months since my final interview and I still haven't heard anything.

I went through 4-5 rounds of virtual interviews. I talked to different leaders in the org. They really dug into my past experience and asked a lot of STAR questions where I had to walk them through scenarios from my past experience and explain how I handled them.

Got an Indeed message and then a phone screen. The recruiter wasn’t really communicating the job accurately or familiar with the industry. Multiple contacts emailing and texting daily. It was an unpleasant experience all together and really pushy.
