Account Transaction Coordinator
I was interviewing for the Account Transaction Coordinator, which they said was an entry level position, but I had no prior experience. The process felt excessive, misleading, and unprofessional. First, I spoke with the Account Team Lead for about 45 mins to an hour. Then the HR director joined, and we talked for nearly 2 hours. They asked detailed questions and seemed to get to know me both professionally and casually. I was told I would hear from HR about the next interview with the Director of Operations. A few days later, I scheduled that interview, taking more time off work. It lasted about 45 mins, felt repetitive, but I learned a lot. That same day, they sent a math/personality test which took 20-30 mins. About 4 days later, I followed up and spoke with HR. She apologized for the delay and scheduled ANOTHER interview with the VP. This was my fourth interview, and it was a bit shorter. The VP repeated questions and went over my resume again. I left feeling good, but after 4 business days with no word, I followed up. HR apologized again and said they were going to schedule a phone or face-to-face interview with the CEO, which I thought was the last step. Later that day, HR called, apologized for the long process, and said I wasn't selected because they changed their minimum requirements, even though the VP said they hire from places like Taco Bell based on personality and core values. They could have checked my resume more carefully initially.

Sales
This company doesn't seem to value candidates or their time at all. They weren't professional or courteous enough to even contact people to thank them for their time and effort when they were applying, whether they were currently employed or not. People deserve more than nothing for the investment of time they put into applying. We wish the best for this company but hope they'll change their process moving forward and treat candidates more professionally in the end. They also did a terrible job of trying to get to know applicants; it was all about answering their questions and hearing how great the company is. They need to re-examine their own company values regarding how they treat prospective candidates.

Marketing Director
It was a bit messy to get started. I got the company identity and interview details with just one day's notice after the recruiter screened me. I was initially told I'd have a Zoom meeting with my future supervisor. However, after completing an application for the job provided by a company HR rep, I found out I was actually speaking with HR. The HR person was very pleasant and asked some good questions. But, I noticed the job title they presented was different from what the HR person stated. When I inquired about this, the response was something along the lines of 'well, it doesn't really matter that much.' I did not receive an offer. I later learned it was due to not knowing enough about the company values. They asked if I had looked at them, and I had, even watching the videos from their HR. But I guess they expected me to start discussing them in detail during the interview? It wasn't exactly clear. Overall, they seem like a nice group, but the company values situation, the differing job title, and having to re-apply before the interview were all a bit discouraging.

Internal Wholesaler
First, I had to do a few computer tests, which were actually pretty interesting. After that, they scheduled a 30-minute video interview. If that went well, I was sent another sales-related test. Even though I thought I did great, I didn't move forward because they found another candidate who was a better fit. They were very professional about it.
