The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a chat with someone who was really nice and easy to talk to, asking more about me than technical stuff. Then, there was a panel-style interview that included both technical questions and some 'what if' scenarios. Finally, I met with someone I'd be working closely with to make sure we'd work well together.

The process was pretty unorganised, with some technical and reasoning questions followed by some video answers. In my opinion it could have been divided into two parts to make the overall process more cohesive. Apart from that, the questions in themselves were okay, not too difficult but get kind of boring after a while.

The process was really straightforward and organized, very professional all the way through. There were multiple rounds, and they made sure to let me know what the next steps were and explained each stage as we went. It did take a few months though.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager, and then a panel interview with three department heads. I got offered the job, but the offer was $20k less than my current salary. I had already told the recruiter before the interviews that the maximum I could accept was a $5k pay cut. It felt like a waste of my time going through the whole process only to be lowballed. If you're interviewing with them, make sure you check with the recruiter multiple times to confirm that the salary you're looking for is actually achievable.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What's your reason for leaving your present job?
  • Can you tell me about the business and ask job-specific questions?
  • Describe a situation where you had a conflict with a colleague and how you resolved it.
