Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was a very thorough interview process, they really do their due diligence but overall thought it was great. The team was super responsive, often received feedback on the same day within a couple of hours. The process consisted of meeting with the hiring manager, 3 team members, a cognitive/personality test, and a case study presented to leadership/broader team. Interviews were all very friendly and each person left plenty of time for you to ask questions about the company. The case study was also extremely valuable giving you a ton of insight into the company so you know what you're signing up for before you accept an offer.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very smooth and kicked off with HR (Nargis Foley, Head of Talent Acquisition), followed by the hiring manager and then cross-functional folks. The last step was an in-person case study presentation to leadership. I wanted to note that Lauren Larson (People Team Coordinator) did an amazing job coordinating everything and making it seamless. Also, the HR/hiring manager team were really proactive in rescheduling interviews to avoid potential delays due to upcoming out-of-offices, which was impressive and beneficial. Nargis did a great job keeping communication open throughout the entire process, giving me a fantastic first impression of the Nuts.com team.

Behavioral Case Other

The hiring process had several virtual interviews, a personality and cognitive test, and a case study project. The whole thing took about two months from start to finish. I liked that all interviews, except for the case study presentation, were virtual, which made scheduling easier while I was still working full-time. The company also seems to put extra effort into picking the right person by using the personality and cognitive assessment. During the interviews, I felt it was a good balance where I wasn't just being questioned, but also got to 'interview' the team members I met to see if this company and job were a good fit for me.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a recruiter call, and then a call with the hiring manager. It took about 2 weeks between the recruiter call and the hiring manager call. Then, it was another 2 weeks before I heard back about that, and it was just a generic rejection email the day after the recruiting coordinator said the lead recruiter was on vacation. The recruiter call was okay, the recruiter was quite formal and spoke really fast. The call with the hiring manager felt like he was just doing research, asking me about the past product I worked on, like the dashboard and its features, instead of my experience and what I had actually worked on.
