Behavioral Presentation

I had a quick phone call first, then an in-person meeting with the owner and another sales associate. It was a pretty chill vibe, which made it easy to chat and see if it felt right. They asked stuff about my knowledge of sports and health supplements. I even did a mock sales pitch, explaining how I'd sell different products and what the main selling points would be. They gave me a big notebook to learn about every single product so I could really know my stuff and sell to anyone.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty basic sales-type interview. They asked what I knew about nutrition/fitness and if I was a culture fit. You definitely needed a resume to show you were serious about the role. After the first in-person interview, the job was offered.
