I first got in touch with the company at a career fair for Chemical Engineers and got an interview offer with Nutrilite. About 3-4 weeks later, HR reached out and it was super easy to set up a time. When I got there, they gave me a tour of the facility. Then, I was taken to a room with 3-4 engineers. They asked me standard behavioral questions about teamwork, handling negative feedback, and work ethic. On the technical side, I had to talk about some of my group projects and chemical labs from school. The interviewers were really nice and paid close attention to me.

So first, I talked to the recruiter, she was temp. Then I talked to the hiring manager on the phone. Then I did video calls with the director and another manager in the department. After that, I went in person to meet the hiring manager again, a subject matter expert, and three other managers from different teams. Then I had to go back in person to interview with a VP and then an SVP. After that second on-site, they gave me an offer.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a standard interview process with a full day of interviews. It wasn't overly difficult, but it did take the entire day. I was interviewed by four different people. The day started with a mentor who showed me around and had lunch with me. Following that, I met with plant managers and potential colleagues. I received an offer at the end of the day.
