It started with a recruiter pre-screen interview and then a manager interview. The recruiter was super friendly and really lovely to speak with. The manager interview was not great. They kept asking "are you sure about that", and saying "well we will see" along with laughing at answers. It was extremely unprofessional and immediately made me want to end the interview early. My feedback would be to actively listen and trust that the candidate you are speaking to truly does know what they are looking for and not assume you understand that better than them.

First, there was a super quick phone chat. Then, I had an in-person interview with HR at their office in Sainte-H. After that, they called me to say I had a second interview. This one was with the HR 'big boss,' as they put it, and my future manager. They were super late, like 20 minutes late for the interview. It wasn't too tough, no hard questions, and I felt it went well. They said I'd hear back either way. I got called again and was told to wait another week. Then they called me back to say they'd hired someone else, which was really unprofessional.

I applied online for an internship through a Dutch agency. Three weeks after sending my CV, I got a call from the agency saying I had an interview at Nutreco's headquarters in a village called Boxmeer. The project manager I interviewed with was very easygoing. The whole process took over an hour and was about mutual interest and fit. So, most questions were about personality, values, experiences, work styles, etc. It was a productive conversation where both the HR manager and I got a sense of the "mutual click".
