If you're worried about the math/verbal test, don't be. The material covered on both tests isn't difficult at all. We're talking high school level. For the verbal it's grammar, spelling, reading comprehension, and synonyms. The math part is add, subtract, divide, multiply, basic algebra and some geometry. You get 20 minutes per test. After taking the tests you speak to the hiring manager. You get questions like strengths, weaknesses, challenges. It's just an opportunity to sell yourself, talk about your experience, and learn about the position. As interviews go, it's painless. Just prepare for the math/verbal like you would any test and be ready to talk about your resume.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was multidisciplinary and focused on behavioral aspects. Inquirers from various departments asked about my past work and future aspirations. The company seemed to have a young workforce. Conversations with employees before the interview revealed that top management receives a disproportionate amount of compensation, especially given the high cost of living in the area. Compensation for roles outside of management appeared to be quite low, even for positions in less expensive regions, which was consistent with my offer. They even implied that seeking other employment might be a good idea during offer discussions.

I completed some paperwork and a skills assessment test at HR, which covered math and language skills. Then, I met with the hiring supervisor for a standard interview. It was a very relaxed and casual interview with a comfortable vibe. I was called back for a second interview and met with another department supervisor. This experience was also very positive and comfortable.

It was a pretty standard interview process, not too invasive. It took about a month from start to finish, and they called me to offer me the job. The process involved a phone screening and then a one-on-one interview.
