First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nurseplus.
Nurse
It was a really thorough process. First, I had a verbal interview with someone from the team. Then, I had to do a written test. After that, they called me on the phone to go over my answers and make sure I knew my stuff.
- Can you solve medication dosage calculations?
Support Worker
It was a straightforward and easy interview process. The interviewer was friendly and relaxed. We discussed my previous experience. A DBS check was completed. My CV was taken to be put on file. I needed to complete a company training day before I could start.
- Tell me about your previous experience in this field.
Healthcare Assistant
I first heard about this opportunity through my university's job postings. After reaching out to Nurseplus, the interview process commenced. It took place at their office and felt quite informal, friendly, and professional. They reviewed the documents I had submitted and assessed my understanding of health and social care principles.
- Can you tell me about any relevant prior experience you have?
- What motivates your interest in joining our team?
Recruitment Consultant
My CV was sent by the recruitment department to the area manager. He mentioned a face-to-face interview in Hull but I never received a call back. My calls to the Hull office went unanswered. I then contacted Head Office and spoke with the Recruitment Department, who assured me they would follow up. Despite two subsequent calls, I still haven't received a response. It's a peculiar way to engage with potential consultant candidates!
