It was a phone call first, then a face-to-face meeting after I got the documents and did the testing. The phone call was more about facts and asked why I wanted to be an agency nurse. The face-to-face was more personal and included immediate testing to see if I was capable. Be ready to dedicate time for this, and know that results, especially for the background check, can take a while.

The hiring process has many steps and tests and you have to pay for your own physical and background check. Cost me 150$ for both. I finished all they have asked me but have not given me a shift. I have called asking and I get one answer from one person and another from a different person. It is very confusing and it has cost me money out of my pocket. Not professional at all.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They didn't answer any difficult question but did have me take 3 tests that I was able to figure out.

I submitted my resume, MA diploma, CNA License, and high school diploma. Then I had to answer some situational questions and take a computer test. After that, they asked me about my preferred work environments.
