I met with HR first, then interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I had two more interviews with the finance team. The first interview with the hiring manager went well, but the second one was strange; they didn't really ask me any questions and didn't seem to pay attention to me. They also didn't introduce themselves, which made it awkward and felt like a waste of time for everyone involved.

I applied for the Onboarding Coordinator job back in mid-April. My first chat was with a recruiter on 4/17, where we talked about the job and pay. I asked if the salary was negotiable, and the recruiter said probably not, but they'd check. A week later, they got back to me saying there *was* some room to negotiate and asked if I was still interested. I was excited and had my first interview with the hiring manager on 5/2, which I thought went great. Then, I had my final interview with an executive on 5/7. This one also seemed to go really well, and they said I'd hear back by the end of that week. But, the week ended and I heard nothing. I tried calling and emailing the recruiter but got no response. It was pretty disappointing to be left hanging after getting so far, I would have preferred a clear yes or no. On 6/11, 24 hours after posting this, I finally got confirmation that they went with another candidate.

I got a call to set up a phone interview. It went fine and they said they would schedule a face to face. I didn't hear back for two weeks, so I called them and they said they'd call me in a few days. A face to face was set up about a week after that. The interview was really chill and comfy. After the face to face, which I thought went well, I sent thank you emails. Nothing for two weeks, so I tried calling and got voicemail. Called again 3 days later and left a message asking for an update and to know one way or the other. No call back. Left one last voicemail with no response. As a last resort I emailed the person I interviewed with and the person who first called me, thanking them for their time. No response. I was really bummed out with this company because they weren't professional enough to even tell a candidate if they got the job or not and make them wait for 2 months. Not returning calls or even emails is really unprofessional and rude.

I was hired through a recruiting agency. Had a quick 20-minute interview with one of the department supervisors. They were really desperate to get people trained because of employee turnover at the time. The interviewer was straight-forward and cold, and I didn't get any feedback on whether I was a good candidate. I interviewed on a Friday and started the following Monday.
