Software Engineer
I had a pretty good experience interviewing for the Software Engineer role. It was well-organized with knowledgeable and professional interviewers. The first step was a phone screen covering my technical background, current projects, and tech stack familiarity. It was pretty straightforward and the recruiter was friendly and clear on expectations. Then came the technical interview, which had challenging but relevant questions. I liked that the problems were like real-world scenarios, not just abstract algorithms, focusing on data structures, algorithms, and practical coding. They let me explain my thinking, making it feel collaborative. The system design round was about architecting a scalable solution, and it was enjoyable. The interviewer gave good feedback and asked follow-up questions about design trade-offs. The culture fit interview was also positive, with thoughtful questions about teamwork, handling challenges, and my views on engineering practices like code reviews and testing. This round showed they value collaboration and quality. Overall, the process was well-structured with a good mix of technical and soft skills, and the interviewers were approachable and made me feel comfortable.

Python Developer
They started with project-based questions, then delved into my specific roles and responsibilities. After that, we moved on to a coding session in Python, which involved basic coding questions that were manageable if prepared.
- Can you write the Fizz Buzz program in Python?
Programme Analyst
I had a phone interview with management which was pretty straightforward, they mainly wanted to know if I could get the project done on time and within budget. Then I had a phone interview with the client, which was also easy, and mainly involved me proving I could manage the project without much help. The whole thing took about three weeks, give or take.
