First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nucleus Healthcare.
Director of Operations
The interview process involved a video call followed by an on-site interview. There were two steps in total, which is pretty typical. The whole thing took about three weeks. A few days after the interview, I was told I didn't get the job. Looking back, I'm glad I didn't get an offer.
- Can you tell me about your P&L experience?
Director
I had a video interview first and then an in-person one. The whole thing took about a month. They let me know I didn't get the job about a week after my interview. Overall, it was a good process.
- Can you describe your experience as it relates to this role?
Recruiter
The interview process was pretty disorganized. It went through three rounds. The job description kept changing the whole time. It took them more than a month to finish the process. I wouldn't suggest this company.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for our organization?
Manager
I had a video interview and then an on-site where I met two managers simultaneously. They were communicating throughout the whole process. It wasn't the fastest process, but I get it, they're a fast-growing business so I understand operations take precedence.
