The interview process was lengthy - I believe it took nearly 2 weeks. They had me talk with the managers of many of the different departments, which included CEO, Jenna Noem. This required many ZOOM meeting log ins. They were very thorough in reviewing my resume and verifying my credentials and work history.

The interview process was a bit long, but overall it was a really nice experience. All the people I met were professional and asked great questions. I've never had an interview before where I wanted the job this much afterwards; it just felt like the right place for me, like home.

Had a virtual chat with the TA Director for about 45 mins. We went over my background and I got to ask some questions. It was all pretty standard stuff for a Recruiter role, nothing unexpected. It was just me and the Director, and he said I'd hear back soon. Seemed really positive, but then I got ghosted. I followed up 3 times and never heard back, which was pretty unprofessional, especially coming from the TA head.

I had a one-on-one interview with the area director that lasted about 30 minutes to an hour. She went over the job description thoroughly and answered all my questions, making sure I understood everything.
