Behavioral Technical

The interview process is pretty solid from a technical standpoint. Their scheduling system and candidate portal are straightforward and user-friendly. Early communication is usually prompt, and the team is generally responsive. The interviewers are engaged and ask good, detailed questions. On the downside, the whole thing can drag on for more than a month with several stages. What was a bit of a letdown was the final communication. After finishing all the interviews, the rejection came via an automated, AI-generated email with no personal feedback. After putting in a lot of time and effort to prepare, a more personal and helpful closing message would really make a difference.

Case Technical Presentation

This was a horrible experience and the worst selection process I've ever been through. It had four stages, including a case study without explanation or guidance on requirements, and I didn't even receive the scope of the job. I was invited to participate, and the only way to communicate is via email. There was little information and no depth about the challenge, leaving me completely in the dark. I wasn't even informed about the company's benefits. The first recruiter rescheduled the interview last minute on a Friday afternoon, and a LinkedIn message I sent afterwards hasn't been answered yet. The test was flawed, and the evaluation was mediocre because I received no guidance. They asked about recruitment processes, and I wasn't aware that was a focus of the role. They requested more technical depth, which recruiters don't typically have academically. By far, the worst and most flawed process I've ever participated in. The dream of working at this company is over. I wonder why they struggle to fill positions? Lol

Case Presentation Technical Behavioral

I had my first interview with the Recruiter and after a week, they sent me a Business Case. I had one week to submit my answers and then another week later, I presented it to them in English. The following week, I interviewed with the hiring manager. It was a really pleasant chat - technical, behavioral, and they were very calm and empathetic. Two days after that, I had the final interview with the Head of People. Overall, I really enjoyed it as a candidate. Had a great time. They answered all my questions and listened to me. They are really smart and the stakes are high. In the end I thought, "I would be glad to work with these people".
