It was a pretty standard structured process, much like you'd see at any big global tech company, with several interview stages, assessments for technical and product skills, and also chats focused on culture, past experience, and how you work.

I was invited to the process so many times. Every 15 days a recruiter would pop up on my LinkedIn. I had already done the process once and didn't like it that much because it was about four weeks of interviews. They disappeared for a while, there was a big layoff, and they gave me a negative response. But every time I went on LinkedIn someone was pinging me. I decided to participate again. I had an interview, and the recruiter complimented me afterward. Then they never responded again. Not to reject me or to invite me to the next stages. Then I logged into my profile today and TWO RECRUITERS FROM NUBANK ARE INVITING ME FOR AN INTERVIEW again lol. It's almost funny.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The first interview was with HR, and they test your English during this stage, so be prepared. The second interview was split into two parts: 45 minutes of Product Sense (they send a PDF with the structure, and there are many English videos online you can find about it) followed by a 15-minute break, and then 45 minutes of Product Execution. The HR person mentioned there were many openings and seniorities, but I was rejected due to needing development in Product Sense and Execution. Some points to note: all 5 people I spoke to across these three stages seemed exhausted and unfriendly. The recruiters and PMs interviewing you don't seem to care; the idea that 'this stage is just to understand how you think and there's no right or wrong' is a lie. Any mistake you make will be used to disqualify you. Most PMs in the Product Sense and Execution stages have been there for years, and their old interview processes weren't this rigorous. It feels like they enjoy seeing people struggle through the current process. I had a very bad impression of the whole process and the people involved – it felt inhumane, uncollaborative, biased, and judgmental.
