The hiring process had a few steps. I started with a group activity with other candidates, where we had to tackle a team challenge and present a solution. After that, I had a one-on-one chat with the hiring manager, which was pretty relaxed and focused on getting to know my background, my career goals, and what I knew about Nubank and its culture. The whole thing was well-organized, and the recruiting team kept me in the loop.

I received a PDF via email detailing the entire internship selection process (in technology) and was invited to participate in the first stage. This stage involved solving some programming challenges that were extremely complex for an internship level. However, the biggest issue is that I'm still waiting for feedback from the company regarding the selection process. It's been 3 months since I completed the first stage, and according to the hiring schedule, the chosen candidates would likely be starting at the company by now.
