Analytics Engineer
The selection process has many stages (around 7 to 8, not counting case development and presentation time) and requires a level of time commitment that, in practice, is not inclusive at all. I believe that more senior profiles find it difficult to reconcile so many interviews and a lengthy case with their current work routine, family responsibilities, health, or even age. The impression left is that the model ends up favoring only a very specific profile (the young person who lives with their parents and doesn't have many responsibilities in life), leaving out fathers, mothers (even more so if they are single), people with time or health limitations, and older professionals.

Analytics Engineer
The Nubank selection process is one of the most bizarre I've ever been through. I had a first conversation with HR and in that conversation the girl explained how the process would be and asked me a single question: Tell me about your journey. I have over 10 years of experience in the field. The next day I received an automatic email saying: After the team's evaluation..... There wasn't even contact with the team and I receive this. I don't know why I still waste my time being a customer of this bank. I will certainly stop being one after this farce. But also... it was a blessing in disguise. A company that mass-fires without any responsibility, what do you expect? Or the recruiter who is inexperienced, maybe!

Analytics Engineer
First, there was a practical exercise on HackerRank. Then, a technical interview with someone in the same role. After that, a technical case study with a presentation, focusing on the job area. There was also a chat to understand your experiences. Finally, an offer was extended, either positive or negative, with feedback.
- Tell me about your professional and academic background that qualifies you for the analytics engineer position.
