The hiring process for the CSI customer service team took a little over a month and included four steps: application, online test, group activity, and a final interview. Even though I passed all the stages, I didn't hear back within the promised week, so I had to email HR. They told me the position was frozen and they wouldn't be proceeding, without giving any reasons. I wasn't told the salary at any point. The interviews themselves were fine, and I felt good about participating, but the final communication was disappointing and showed no consideration for the candidates waiting for an update.

I wanted to share my disappointment about the outcome of the hiring process I went through at Nubank. I went through several steps, starting with an online test which I passed. Then, I participated in a group activity where I felt I did really well. After that, I had a personal interview with the area leader, and she gave me positive feedback and said she was happy with how I did. But, after I gave consent for them to check my background information, they told me I wasn't selected. I asked for more details, but the response I got was generic and automated. This was strange because the last time I was in the final stage for a different role at Nubank, they offered me a personalized feedback session. Not getting more detailed feedback this time left me really disappointed. Usually, when you reach the final stage, it means there aren't many candidates left, and not getting personalized feedback feels like my time and effort throughout the process were not valued. Also, being rejected after the data analysis phase (like checking my CPF) made me feel like there might be something wrong with my personal data, which made me feel very insecure. This whole hiring process has given me a very negative impression of Nubank, a company I used to admire. I think having better and more personalized feedback procedures is important so candidates feel valued and the company can keep its reputation for treating the talent it attracts with respect and transparency. I appreciate the chance to interview and hope my experience can help improve future processes.

We did a test, then a group dynamic, after that an individual dynamic and an individual interview with the leader. Complex and difficult process, but not impossible. The group dynamic involved the groups receiving a problem and having to solve it.
