It was a super long and drawn-out process, taking just over 3 months and involving 4 interviews. After my final interview with a VP, I was ghosted. I had to email HR multiple times to find out the position was filled internally. HR was also about 30 minutes late for our interview a few weeks back. No feedback was provided. They mentioned considering me for future supervisor roles, but I'm not planning on applying there again.

The interview process is quite extensive, but it's designed to make sure they find the right person. It starts with a recruiter looking at your application. I've talked to a few people at RagingWire, recruiters and interviewers, and they were all great – professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. If they think you might be a good fit after that first chat, the recruiter passes your info to a hiring manager. Then the interviews can get pretty intense, maybe even a bit nerve-wracking. It's really about seeing if you know your stuff and if you'll fit in with the team and the company culture. They want to figure out where you stand and if you're the right match for the job.

HR reached out to me directly via phone because they found my profile online. We had a roughly 30-minute phone chat, and since I was local, they set up an in-person interview. My first interview was with the leadership team from the Ops department, followed by a second interview with the HR manager. The questions were mostly what I anticipated. The technical questions were pretty straightforward, so I think anyone who's researched the company and the industry should be fine. Company culture seemed really important, as there were more behavioral questions than I was expecting.

The process started with an HR recruiter chat about the role's context, compensation, and benefits. Then I had a conversation with the hiring manager about the job duties and how my skills and interests fit. Following that, I interviewed with a manager from a related department and a second-level manager. Finally, I spoke with an HR executive to discuss the offer details. The interviews were open and respectful, making the detailed process feel manageable and not confrontational.
