I had two interviews: one with HR and one with the hiring manager. We had a great chat, and I was told HR would contact me about the next steps. However, I never heard back. It felt like ghosting after two rounds, which wasn't very cool.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone call that lasted over 30 minutes. Then, a few days later, I got an invitation to visit the company. Since I'm not from the area, the visit and tour took several hours. During the visit, I had the chance to talk with many different people, including the continuous improvement team. The tour was really nice, and everyone was very friendly. They clearly take pride in their facility and their work, doing great things with lean principles. They also mentioned great benefits, showing they care about employee well-being.

Behavioral Other

The interview process included a phone screening and a personality test, which seemed more like a check on personality than an actual assessment of job skills and ability. The interviewer lacked enthusiasm during the interview, showing no passion for the company or industry and seeming unfamiliar with the products. The conversation was one-sided, with no chance for me to ask questions or show my enthusiasm for the role or the company's products. It felt like watching grass grow. It seems like NTN has high turnover in this position, possibly because they hire people who do well on personality tests but can't provide knowledgeable customer support with genuine concern. Maybe they need a new interviewer.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by a recruiter via email. Then I had a phone call with the recruiter, but they didn't seem to really grasp the job or what the company was aiming for. We skipped the hiring manager phone interview and went straight to an in-person meeting. I interviewed with HR and the hiring manager. It was mostly general questions, and we spent most of the time discussing the industry broadly.
