There were three interviews in total. The first was with the Art Director, the second with the Senior Artist, and the third with both the Art Director and a Producer. All interviews were positive and productive. They explained the company's history, products, and services. I was impressed by the extent of their service locations. The Art Director was upfront about the challenges and work environment, which actually made me want to join.

So first I talked to the hiring manager over the phone, which was nice. Then, before a bunch of phone interviews, they wanted a use case to see my work. The phone interviews themselves were kind of rough because everyone called me from different numbers, and we usually had some chat after the next person was supposed to call.
