First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ntirety.
PostgreSQL Database Administrator
I was referred internally and then got an email from HR asking to schedule a time for an interview. After that, there was an assessment exam. This was followed by the first round of interviews with the DB Director, Manager, Team Lead, and a DBA person, focusing on PostgreSQL basics. The second round was a design-level interview, which didn't go well.
- What are your concepts regarding vacuuming in PostgreSQL?
- Explain your understanding of indexing in PostgreSQL.
- How does replication work in PostgreSQL?
Customer Success Manager
Got contacted by the company for a Customer Success Manager role. The process felt rushed, moving through each stage really quickly. After one interview, the recruiter was calling within minutes to set up the next. The first two rounds were fine. The final interviewer was late, spent time talking about himself, and seemed to have already decided I wasn't a good fit. He even counted the years of experience I mentioned against my resume and asked unrelated questions to test my knowledge. I was already hesitant due to online reviews, but decided to interview anyway. They were communicative until after the last meeting, then they ghosted, which was pretty inconsiderate.
- What motivated you to enter the tech industry?
Account Manager
The first part was with HR, lasting about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, the HR person set up a second meeting with someone from the team, scheduling it based on when we were all free for a 30-minute slot. I joined the call and waited for 20 minutes, expecting someone from Ntirety to show up or at least give me an update about the meeting changing, but nobody came. Even after sending several emails and making calls, I didn't get any response.
- Can you share details about your background and general information?
Helpdesk Technician
recruiter called and we set up a phone interview. During the phone interview, I got asked a few technical questions and was given the job description. Then I had an in person interview with a manager and L3 support. I got offered the job a few days later.
- What do you know about Linux command lines?
- Can you perform basic troubleshooting on Windows servers?
