First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at nTech Workforce.
Legal Assistant
The interview was conducted over the phone. They asked about my residency in the US for at least 5 years and if I had one year of experience. They didn't ask any questions related to the job, just about my time living in the area. It was a really quick interview.
- How long have you been a resident of the US?
Technical Recruiter
I chatted with the hiring manager one-on-one in their office. We covered what's expected, the training, the vibe here, and what the company is aiming for. We also touched on pay and how the commission works, but they didn't go into much detail on that.
- Were there any tough questions?
- Did we talk about personal interests?
- Did we talk about hobbies?
