It was a long and very competitive process. They didn't share much about what was going on. The online interview and assessment centre weren't too tough. There were not many jobs available, but lots of people were put in the merit pool. In the end, I think your background mattered most for getting a job, and the interview didn't count for as much.

The process started with an online test, specifically a Raven's progressive matrices test which wasn't too difficult. After that, candidates had to complete some online situational judgment tests. The final stage was an online assessment center. This involved a group discussion based on a case study, followed by an individual interview.
