The first stage is online, and in the second stage, during the selection process, they conduct a group activity and provide a form to fill out with various questions. The form is quite long and might be challenging for individuals without prior experience, even though the position is for an entry-level role.

Behavioral Technical

This was a quick and dirty interview for a supply chain opportunity for steering systems and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. The interviewer’s low energy and body language set the tone. He gave a weak greeting. Poor eye contact dominated the interview, it appeared as though he was reading from a script. He asked two questions unrelated to the job description or qualifications. He lacked depth to have a real discussion. The interview did not go over the allotted 15 minutes. I suspect he is looking for a certain guy who is a mirror image of himself.

The interview was conducted in three stages. First, there was an interview with the HR team to learn more about the candidates. Then, an interview with the company's HR and the sector supervisor. I also completed an Excel test. Everyone was very kind and created a very pleasant atmosphere.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process had 4 stages. First, I had to write an essay on "Who Am I" and email it to the recruitment agency contact in December. In January, they contacted me back saying I'd have a phone interview, which I passed. Then, I had another interview with my webcam on, and I passed that too. After that, I had a webcam interview with the company's HR, which I also passed. Finally, I had an in-person interview on January 18, 2022. This involved a test and then interviews with the area manager, the HR representative, and the engineers from the department. The manager mentioned they'd give a quick response that same week, whether positive or negative. However, I haven't received any feedback yet, so I'm assuming I didn't get the job.
