First I had a phone screening that was about 15-20 minutes long and involved some standard questions. A few days later, they invited me for an in-person interview with two managers from the placement department. They used a large packet with about 30 questions, taking notes as I answered. About an hour later, I got a call offering me the job.

The company was fast to get back to me after I sent my resume. I had a quick phone interview a few days later with easy questions like 'tell us about yourself' and 'why did you apply to this position'. Then, I went for a 30-minute one-on-one interview. A few days later, they let me know they wanted to offer me the job and would check my references, which was a very fast process.

I was interviewed by Dana O'Donoghue and Christina Wilmoth, both from the Media Research Department. They were very warm and friendly, and were not at all intimidating or imposing. They were easy to talk to and to open up to, and were down-to-earth enough to even share a few laughs and some stories of their own. They really made me look forward to working with the company.

It was pretty simple and straightforward. First, I had a phone interview that was basically a screening to see if it was worth bringing me in for an in-person interview. After passing that screening, I interviewed with a manager and a specialist. They asked typical interview questions and about my experience with Excel. The whole thing took about 3 weeks, mainly because there was a holiday in between.
