The whole thing took ages, nearly 2 months! It kicked off with a face-to-face interview. Then came the testing phase, which was on a tablet. Honestly, I bombed the tablet test, it felt like a video game and I'm terrible at those, but my actual driving test went super well. Still didn't get the job though.

I had 2 phone interviews with the direct hiring manager. The interviews were pretty chill and done over webcam. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. Honestly, it was the most relaxed interview I've ever had.

You send in your resume and cover letter, and then HR emails you for an interview. They'll call you to let you know when training starts. The interview is in the office, which is beautiful, and if they like you, they always give you a tour. You'll either interview with a manager you only sometimes see, or you'll interview with floor supervisors who look like they don't want to be there. I interviewed with the manager I never see.

I applied for this job two weeks ago and then had my interview. When I arrived, the front desk person was nice, but the people I interviewed with seemed just okay. I was nervous because I'm a shy person, but I felt prepared after reading and hearing good things about this role. I think I did great, but I didn't get the same positive feeling. I know some people who got interviews here also did tours and got callbacks the same day. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it seemed like it would have been a great opportunity. I still think it's a nice place, but maybe this wasn't meant for me spiritually. So, good luck to those who were recently added to the team, and congratulations!
