First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NRG.
Intern
I applied online and about a month after, HR reached out to schedule an interview. A week after that, I was contacted for a second interview with the department and my potential manager. This second round involved many behavior questions and inquiries about my interest in the role. They also asked about the desired length of the internship.

Article Assistant
The interview process was good and nice. It was nice talking to the partners. The partners have good knowledge of the field and I can definitely learn many things from them. The partners asked me to join and I joined within a week.
- Can you tell me about your qualifications?
- What are your interests, for example in Tax and Audits?
- What about your location preferences?
Customer Service Consultant
First I had to do a numerical and verbal reasoning test, which I found pretty straightforward. After that, there was a computer-based test. I couldn't finish the computer test because I'm not a fast enough typist, but I think it would be easy for someone who types quicker.
- Can you discuss your experience in customer service?
Laboratory Technician
They pulled my CV from their database. I had an interview with HR and a few days later with the area managers. I started working two weeks after the first interview.
- Can you elaborate on your previous experiences?
- What are your expectations regarding your work?
- And what about your salary expectations?
