Applied on indeed.com and got a recruiter call for a phone interview after a couple of days. That lasted about 30 mins, covered my background and experience. Then got called for a Face to Face interview onsite. I was interviewed for 2 positions but didn't get them. About 4 months later, I saw another NRG position and applied. Got a call from the same recruiter who mentioned he kept my info and wanted to present me to another NRG group. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager who discussed my experiences and asked behavioral questions. Ended up with another onsite interview involving excel reports for my reporting and variance analysis skills. Emailed my report, showed up onsite and presented it to the hiring manager. Met 3 others who tested my knowledge on FP&A reporting and cost center finance management.

It was an easy interview process with three rounds. The first round was with HR, the second with the hiring manager, and the final round was in-person with both the hiring manager and the director. The questions were mainly behavioral.

The first round was a remote 1-2 year contract role interview with a job recruiter. The second round was with the HR recruiter for 30 min. Both were pretty easy.
