Program Manager
Had a screening call with HR that was quite challenging, as they quizzed me on company and program knowledge and seemed displeased with my answers. Despite thinking I wouldn't advance, I did. The subsequent HR interaction was also difficult, with delayed responses for scheduling, followed by calls questioning my interest if I didn't reply within 24 business hours. It took almost two weeks to set up the next Zoom interview, which was with a pleasant interviewer. Scheduling the final interview took a month and a half, again due to slow HR responses, followed by admonishment for not replying by their end of day. The entire process felt draining. The final interview was in-person, lasting two hours with three interviewers, who were all delightful and asked insightful questions. It's a shame the HR experience detracted from an otherwise positive impression of the company and its people.

Software Engineer
I spoke about my past work and technically described my contributions in prior positions. It was just one interview with the hiring manager. It wasn't very technical and there wasn't a coding challenge. The whole process was very easy and direct.
- Can you explain how you improved model accuracy?
Executive Assistant
My interview process started with a recruiter video call. Then, I had an interview with the Executive I would be working for, which was great. The third interview was on-site and had three parts: speaking with two managers, then the Sr. Executive Assistant to the COO, and finally, another chat with the executive. They asked standard questions. About half a week later, I was told they went with someone else. I sent a thank-you note asking for feedback on my resume and interview, but I didn't hear back, which was a bummer.
- Could you give me an overview of your resume?
- How do you handle managing several projects and adapting to changes?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Business Analyst
It was a great interview process with friendly and warm people. They have a very in-depth process with interviewing everyone on the team, and staff from other teams with whom you might work. There is also logic and technical tests. A little intimidating. I wasn't told about the tests until the day I took them. Both were timed. I'm not a good test taker and know that I failed the logic test miserably. The role advertised for someone familiar with SQL Studio Management, with which I had some familiarity, but the technical test that administered was all about straight SQL syntax. I failed that one too. And it was a shame because I could do the job with one eye closed and my arm tied behind my back. I REALLY liked the people and the culture and could have learned the software. Despite this experience, I would apply again in a heartbeat. Fun and challenging projects, great team vibe, and healthy corporate culture which includes a focus on community service.
