Livelihoods Officer
There was a panel interview with 4 interviewers. Before that, a written test is given, and they use that to pick the final candidates. The whole thing takes two to three weeks. They will ask questions related to the field.
- Can you describe the phases involved in implementing a livelihood project?
Youth Worker
The interview process was professional. The HR person was nice and spent a good amount of time with me. The assessment was of medium difficulty and it covered the main parts of the job. They sent the offer quickly and gave me enough time to sort out my notice period.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict?
Data Analyst
First, I had a screening with the global recruitment manager, then a meeting with the hiring manager. They were very professional and responded quickly. The negotiation part took longer than I expected though, and they didn't get back to my proposal quickly enough.
- Were you open to relocating to Oslo?

Consultant
applied, then there was a written test for technical skills and a competency interview for around 30 min. these were related to the vacancy notice and test related to the job requirements. took a bit of time but the procedures were transparent.
