I talked to the recruiter. She immediately asked me about my minimum salary expectation. I told her my salary requirement, which I had already submitted and was within the job listing's range. She said they don't pay at the top of the range. I told her not to list a salary range if they aren't willing to pay it and to not waste my time trying to low-ball me. The fact that she didn't ask me any interview questions or try to get to know me before asking about salary shows the company's priorities. After the salary talk, she asked some basic, scripted questions.

The interview process involved a recruiter screening call (30 mins), followed by a hiring manager call (30 mins). Both of these initial calls were straightforward, and I was told I was moving on at the end. The final stage was a 1-hour panel interview with 4 people, which included a presentation. About 10 days after the final interview, I got a generic email saying they decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience was a closer match for the Customer Success Manager role. The TA rep was really professional and inquisitive throughout.

Started with a recruiter call to screen me, then had an interview with two VPs who are the hiring managers. Finally, I had a panel interview with 7 people.

I applied online and had a phone interview with the recruiter in Nebraska. Then, I had another phone interview with the manager and director from Toronto. The final step was an in-person interview. I'm super disappointed because I thought I did well in all three interviews and they gave me really positive feedback, especially after the second one, which made me drive 6 hours for the in-person meeting. They said the last interview was just a formality and seemed really interested. I was so sure I'd get an offer. But then, after 3 weeks, the recruiter and the director just ghosted me. No response, no feedback, even though they made me think I had a good chance. It was totally unprofessional. They could have at least replied to my emails or sent a rejection.
