Behavioral Technical

I just finished the interview process for NPower's Tech Fundamentals program in San Antonio, and it was a really great experience. The whole thing felt super organized, professional, and they were really supportive. After I applied, they reached out pretty quickly to set up an initial phone screening. The person I talked to was nice, explained things clearly, and made me feel at ease. They asked about my background, my goals, and why I wanted to join the program. Then, I had a behavioral interview and a social support intake. The staff asked some really good questions and took their time to understand my personal situation and what I want to do career-wise. I liked that they genuinely wanted to help me succeed. Throughout, communication was clear and they followed up on time. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, encouraging, and really believed in NPower's mission. It wasn't just a smooth interview process, it was genuinely inspiring. Big thanks to the NPower team for being so professional and helpful. I'm really looking forward to starting this new chapter with your program!

It was a skills-based interview, and the people who interviewed me were part of the team I would have been working with. It felt engaging, positive, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, my application wasn't taken forward, but one of the interviewers did call me afterward with really useful advice for future interviews. Npower seems to really live up to its values and reputation for caring about people and creating a positive environment. I'll be looking out for more opportunities within the E.ON group.
