Client Service Representative
It was a long and tedious interview process. I felt like they asked a lot of questions for this role. They were slow to respond and get back to me. At one point, it seemed like they had forgotten about me.
- Too many questions were asked over several weeks.
Content Marketing Publishing Specialist
I applied on LinkedIn and got an email two weeks later for a phone interview. It was nice, they really read my materials. They answered my questions and went a little over time. Then I got an editing assignment, not timed, not too hard. After submitting, I was told the hiring managers would call for a video interview. But instead, I got an email saying the job was filled. They gave me kind feedback and encouraged me to apply for future openings.
- Can you tell me about your professional background and career aspirations?
- What's your experience with Search Engine Optimization?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Content Marketing Publishing Specialist
Went through 45 minutes of questions that was too much in my opinion, then had a surprise on the spot assessment they had me do in 10 minutes while on camera and awkwardly waiting on me. Terrible experience. I am used to having to do assessments for possible jobs but they email them to you and give you a time period to email it back. This was totally on the spot and in my opinion unprofessional. Told me I would find out within a week and waited 2 weeks to get a decline.

Account Manager
The hiring process was really clear and upfront with NPA. After each step, they told me what to expect next. Everyone I talked to was super nice and genuinely wanted to learn about me and my experience to see if I'd be a good fit. The offer I got was exactly what HR told me it would be from the start.
- What feedback would your clients give about you, and how would your colleagues characterize your work ethic and approach?
- Can you confirm that references were required and have been checked?
