Learning Support Practitioner
It was easy and straight forward. I was asked to go into the college, where I met with the Education Manager. We had an informal chat and they asked me a series of questions based on my experience.
- Are you able to work individually with learners who have mental health needs?
- What would you do in a given situation?
- How would you handle a specific scenario?
Media Planner
I had five virtual interviews. One was with HR, one with the person whose job I was backfilling, two with the directors, and one with the VP. They were all super nice. Each person asked a different question, but they ended up covering the same ground multiple times.
- Tell me about how you handled yourself in an environment where consistency and attention to detail are important.
Market Analyst
The interview process was pretty fluid and quick. I had three interviews, one with HR, one with the hiring manager and a panel interview with two directors and one person currently in my position.
- Behavioral or googled questions were asked.
- Nothing really to throw someone off who prepares.
