The interview process has had four steps so far. It was fun and everyone I talked to was nice and professional. I would do it again sometime. A lot of questions about professional growth and campaign management.

Had a phone interview with the manager, then a face-to-face interview with the manager in my hometown. After that, there was a phone interview with a team member to see if I'd fit in, since we work closely. Finally, an on-site interview with the manager, head of HR, and a manager one level up, which included a presentation and Q&A.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I saw the posting on LinkedIn and applied. The Hiring Manager called me about a week later and we set up a phone interview. The call lasted about 30 minutes, focusing on my resume and how my experience fits the job. They told me the next steps: a phone interview, then an in-person panel interview, and finally a personality test. The next week, I had the in-person interview. An admin sent me the details: directions, schedule, and instructions to prepare a presentation. The panel interview started with my 15-30 minute presentation. After that, the panel (Hiring Manager, Global Marketing Director, HR Exec) asked questions. Then I met with each panel member individually: HR for 30 mins, Global Marketing Director for 30 mins, and the Hiring Manager (also Global Marketing Manager) for 60 mins. During the chat with the Global Marketing Manager, I did a copyediting test. I didn't know when I'd hear back, but I interviewed Wednesday and got an offer Friday.

They asked me to block out 4-6 hours of my day for the interview. I met with 5 different people: HR, the Hiring Manager, the Office Manager, and some other Administrative Assistants. Each meeting was about 30-60 minutes long. After talking to everyone individually, I had to give a presentation to all of them about my skills and why I was the best fit for the job.
