I first spoke with someone from a private staffing company. Then I had an on-site meeting with some of the executives. The hiring manager was in the interview, which I wasn't expecting, so it felt really disorganized. The interviewers were late, and nobody followed up with me afterwards to let me know if I was moving forward or not.
