Clinical Research Associate
This was the worst interview process and experience with the company! It took over a month to complete. It started with an email from the benefits manager asking me to fill out some questionnaires and a remote survey. She then scheduled my first phone interview with her, which was two weeks later. After that, she scheduled two more interviews with a senior manager and the CRA manager, spaced a week apart. I was then asked to complete a test questionnaire packet, an application, and authorize a background check. Once I sent that back, they contacted my references. I thought this was the end, but it wasn't. I had one last interview with the VP of clinical trials. At the end of that, they said they'd make a decision by the end of the week. I didn't hear anything, so I emailed the benefits manager over the weekend for an update. She emailed back to say I didn't get the position. The whole communication was via email, they couldn't even make a proper call to let me know. I really thought I'd get the job, so I didn't apply anywhere else during this time. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company, or at least make sure you keep looking for other jobs while you're interviewing with them. It was a waste of my time!

Clinical Research Associate
I had a pre-screening email questionnaire, followed by an initial phone interview that mostly covered questions from the questionnaire. Then there was a group interview with four managers and an HR rep. After that, I had individual interviews with each manager, during which I completed skills worksheets. The company didn't seem like a good fit for me; they weren't very organized, and I didn't really grasp the company's mission after the interview.
- How would you handle a situation where you believe your boss is making a 100% incorrect decision?
Quality Assurance Specialist
I applied online and the first step was a phone interview with an HR person from the corporate office. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Quality Assurance Manager. They used a standard set of questions from a book. The whole process was quick for me, though I've heard the background check can sometimes take a really long time.

Clinical Research Associate
So, first there was a phone interview. After that, they invited me for a group session. This session involved some tests and then meeting with a senior manager, the V.P., and a team leader. I heard back about a week and a half after that group session.
- How do you manage doing many things when you have tight deadlines?
- What does teamwork mean to you?
