It was a bit all over the place. Started with a psych test, then an English test, and then an interview with some directors. The directors seemed to just show up to interview me, like they weren't even aware of the process beforehand. In the end, it all came down to where you're from; they really liked people from Bahia, their home state in Brazil. Pretty hard to get into that circle!
