The interview process started with a recruiter screener call. This was followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. The final round was a full 8-hour in-person Superday. The recruiter was really nice, but I honestly didn't like the others, especially the hiring manager. They were looking for someone with marketing, tech, and finance experience for this role, which seems tough to find at a young age. It also felt like they might have been looking for free ideas, but that's just my impression.

Assistant Manager
This was a really bad interview experience overall. The HR team was quick to schedule the interview rounds, but I was ghosted by the HR after the final round and after submitting my documents. There were 4 rounds in total, including 2 cultural rounds, one of which was at the Gurgaon office. The HR department needs to improve their process, as they asked for my final documents and then ghosted me. It was such a waste of time. My advice to HRs is not to collect final documents if you're not planning to extend an offer, as nobody wants to disclose their personal information to unprofessional HRs.

Product Designer
It started with a screening call with the Recruiter to check if my experience and background were a good fit. Then I had an interview with the Design Director to discuss my design approach. After that, there was a take-home project followed by a presentation to the Design Director and Product Manager. The final part involved two separate calls: one with a staff member to see if I'd fit with the company culture and values, and another with the VP of Product.

Escalation Support Specialist
So I had a really disappointing time interviewing with Novo. It started with a phone chat with a recruiter. They laid out that there'd be an interview with the hiring manager, then a panel with several team folks, and finally, an interview with the director. They said it would all happen pretty quickly. At the end of our call, the recruiter said they'd send a link to set up the next interview, but I never got it. I emailed them, no reply at first. Then I sent another follow-up and they told me they were already on the final stages with other people. This was less than a day after I spoke to the recruiter. Honestly, it felt super disorganized and like a waste of my time, especially since they didn't communicate after the first call. My advice to management: please make sure you're coordinated and talking to each other during hiring, and be upfront with people about where you are in the process before you even talk to them. Respecting our time makes a big difference.
